What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Lead a cross-functional team to define product vision, strategy, and requirements for success
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into strategic initiatives
  • Oversee the creation of training materials to assist in product adoption
  • Monitor product usage and user data to enhance user experience
  • Participate in agile ceremonies and support the agile transformation within the division

What is Required (Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Management, Information Technology, or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 10 years of related experience in the insurance or financial services industry
  • At least 3 years of agile leadership experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager
  • Demonstrated knowledge of product development and agile methodologies, preferably Scrum and/or SAFe
  • Ability to travel up to 10%

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) or SAFe certifications
  • Experience supporting Underwriting, Insurance Product Launches, Policy Administration systems, or Broker Management
  • Strong dynamic communication and relationship-building skills
