Activities

• Represent, explain and evangelize Data Governance principles
• Ensure a consistent data architecture through all applications / services
• Data flows: consolidate and keep mapping between Application, Business Objects, Data Sets, Data Consumers and eventually Users, for both the Spirit As-Is & the Airbus To-Be
• Understand the As-Is data storage, consolidate and maintain tracking of data storage and movements, ensure the To-Be proposal are aligned with these principles
• Partner with all relevant stakeholders (architecture, governance, external partners...) to provide the necessary methods & tools to ensure Data Governance rules implementation
• Enhance and support the data exchange by defining standards for data interfaces, manage data-related security, risks and access
• Drive Data transformation principles. Ensures all data to be transferred from Spirit to Airbus are handled correctly: data bases, files, SaaS data drives…
• Be the local Data Architect: Act as ultimate decision-maker for data IT-related
