$150,000.00/yr - $175,000.00/yr

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Master's preferred).
• 10+ years of engineering leadership experience, including multi-site management.
• Proven track record in implementing operational technologies and automation systems.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and advanced production systems.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
