Job Responsibilities

• You will oversee manufacturing, filling, and packaging operations for sterile injectable products, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and product integrity.
• Responsible for leading and supporting production teams across multiple shifts to optimize performance, minimize downtime, and maintain high safety and quality standards.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives focused on cost control, process optimization, and timely documentation in line with cGMP.
• You will collaborate Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and R&D functions to facilitate technology transfers, new product introductions, and commercial readiness.

Job Requirements

• You should have a degree in Engineering or a related scientific field with 12+ years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, including experience in aseptic or sterile injectable operations.
• Need to have a proven background in vial or syringe filling processes within a
