What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prepare and complete IRS Forms SS-4 (Application for Employer Identification Number)
- Organize and draft IRS Forms 8832 (Entity Classification Election)
- Register client entities on the IRS FATCA Registration System for Global Intermediary Identification Numbers (GIINs)
- Monitor co-sourcing client inboxes and correspond with clients investors to solicit necessary forms
- Maintain detailed trackers of contact with investors and their statuses

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED required
- At least 2 years of accounting work experience
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
- Must maintain current required licenses and certifications relevant to the field of expertise
- Proficient use of applicable technology

- Bachelors degree
