Our client, the hospitality industry, is seeking a Banquet Server to join their team. As a Banquet Server, you will be part of the Food & Beverage Service Department supporting event operations. The ideal candidate will have friendly communication skills, attention to detail, and a professional attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Banquet Server

Location: Greenville, NC

Pay Range: $12 per hour

Shift: Varies

What's the Job?

• Set up banquet rooms according to supervisor instructions, including linen, service ware, and glassware.

• Attend pre-event meetings to understand the function details, guest expectations, and hotel standards.

• Greet guests warmly and respond to their requests courteously and efficiently.

• Serve food and beverages in an organized manner, maintaining consistency throughout the event.

• Promptly clear dishes and reset the banquet room after each event to ensure readiness for the next function.

What's Needed?

• Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations and service standards.

• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

• Physical ability to transport up to 30 lbs. in a crowded environment.

• Ability to stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Willingness to abide by all state, federal, and corporate alcohol service regulations.
