We are seeking a skilled Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, enterprise-level technical solutions for Property & Casualty insurance, with a focus on Commercial and Specialty Lines. The role requires close collaboration with business and technical stakeholders to ensure solutions align with strategic objectives, while performing technical gap analyses and guiding modernization initiatives. You will play a pivotal role in defining data models, integration patterns, and cloud-based architectures, supporting both domestic and international expansion efforts. Accountabilities:

Conduct comprehensive technical gap analysis for existing and proposed insurance systems.

Design end-to-end solutions for P&C insurance products, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Define data models, integration patterns, and technical architecture for new operations.

Provide guidance on system enhancements, modernization, and cloud adoption.

Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams for smooth delivery of technical solutions.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices in solution design.
