Role Overview

The Regional Industry Manager is responsible for growing Endress+Hauser market share in the assigned strategic industry, understanding the global strategy, and translating it into sales outcomes in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for customer engagement and representative coaching within the region.
  • Design, develop, and drive sales strategies that differentiate Endress+Hauser products and solutions for industry?specific applications.
  • Strengthen the skills of inside and outside sales representatives on industry processes, systems, and best practices to deliver customer value.
  • Identify, qualify, and acquire new project opportunities, maximizing scope and win rate through strategic collaboration with internal and external partners.
  • Execute and support sales callsboth independently and with representativesto drive business with key accounts and industry influencers.
  • Capitalize on MRO, smaller capex, and EPC business with existing and potential end?user accounts, OEMs, plant builders, and systems integrators.
  • Lead local execution of new product launches and coach sales teams on positioning new technologies to prospective customers.
  • Collaborate with representative management to define and execute annual regional business plans aligned with national strategies, ensuring effective vertical market coverage.
  • Provide market input for short?and?long term planning, including feedback on initiatives, market trends, and competitive activities.
  • Contribute to the annual and long?term national and regional industry planning processes to ensure sustained growth and alignment.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in business or a technical field plus 5 years of relevant industry experience, or 7 years of such experience without formal education.
  • Previous experience in sales, product management, or engineering role in the relevant industry.
  • Travel required: >50%.

  • Excels in a dynamic, fast?paced environment, effectively prioritizing tasks while adapting to shifting demands.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, develop and execute strategic plans and solutions, and drive business results.

The anticipated pay range for this role is $121,600 to $187,300 per year. Exact compensation may vary depending on the education, skills, and experience each candidate brings to the role.
