What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct business systems analysis for change requests, projects, and production issues
- Oversee technical assessments, requirements gathering, configurations, testing, and implementation of system enhancements
- Provide leadership and support for system production issues and change requests
- Maintain documentation and develop expertise in system functionality and design
- Facilitate design sessions and prepare presentations for stakeholders

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience in Systems Support, Analytics, or Operational Support
- OR High School Diploma or GED and 6 years of experience in Systems Support, Analytics, or Operational Support
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis
- Ability to communicate complex information effectively to team members and management
- Experience in systems implementation or conversion projects

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Exposure to IBM Main Frame, .NET Suite, or Java Suite
- Familiarity with Relational Databases: Oracle/SQL Server
- Experience in the information technology domain within the Banking or Financial Services industry
- Knowledge of API Tools like Postman and SOAP UI
- Understanding of Waterfall and Agile methodologies
