We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to lead and oversee the proposal team (approximately 7 employees) for Aetna Mental Well-Being and Resources for Living. This role supports the Aetna Mental Well-being Sales support team, setting strategic goals and ensuring the effective execution of sales support activities. The Senior Manager, Proposals is a highly skilled communicator and writer who can organize and lead a team to meet high volume and high complexity of proposal needs for our business. The role requires strong writing and partnership skills with the business to ensure capabilities and strategy are represented in RFP responses.
Position may sit anywhere in the US.
The typical pay range for this role is:
$67,900.00 - $199,144.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
