About Our Team

Our Health Intelligence sales team works within our Insurance vertical to deliver tools and solutions to help better understand the life insurance market and manage risk.

About The Job

The Platform Sales Executive is responsible for developing and growing pipeline to capture new business in North America. Youll drive all stages of the sales lifecycle; from the identification of potential opportunity and requirements gathering, through to the negotiation of large enterprise contracts.

You'll Be Responsible For

  • Delivering all stages of the Platform Enterprise Business Development cycle.
  • Building new prospect leads and guiding them through the sales cycle.
  • Forecasting and delivering revenue targets.
  • Establishing and maintaining effective customer relationships.
  • Developing and maintaining a strong knowledge of our Platform and Enterprise Solutions.
  • Strategic and consultative business development - listening to our customers' motivations, needs and pain points.
  • Driving and facilitating initial scoping, proposition discovery and solutioning sessions with customers.
  • Working with our Solutions and Product teams to define creative solutions to meet customer requirements.
  • Developing quotes, proposals and contracts for prospective customers.
  • Negotiating contract renewals, restructuring commercial deals and selling new transformative solutions.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of Platform and Enterprise sales experience.
  • Experience in selling digital Health and Wellness solutions preferred.
  • Excellent ability to structure complex deals with multiple components (Implementation, consumption tiers, term, languages, modules, etc).
  • A highly consultative approach to sales, understanding of our value proposition and are able to adapt it to the needs of a prospect.
  • Comfort dealing with technology and using workplace tools.
  • Superior presentation and communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Ability to travel as required.
