Overview

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our remote life insurance sales team. Whether youre new to insurance or a seasoned pro, we provide everything you need to succeed: live-transfer leads, high commissions, and no cold calling.

Work Schedule

Monday Thursday | 11:00 AM 5:00 PM EST

Flexible schedule outside those hours for follow-ups is recommended.

This is a 1099 position with 100% commission. Commission pay is based on individual performance.

Responsibilities

• Work leads including inbound or live transfer leads
• Close pre-screened leads via phone
• Accurately submit applications through our digital system
• Follow up with leads that dont close immediately
• Maintain professionalism, integrity, and compliance

Qualifications

• Must be self-motivated, reliable, and coachable
• Life Insurance License (or willing to obtain)
• Comfortable working fully remote and handling inbound calls
• Basic computer skills and phone etiquette
• Excellent communication and follow-up ability
