Pharma Lab IT and Benchtop Support-
System administrator for Lab computers and equipment
Experience on Empower, Unicorn, LIMS Lab instrument and application systems.
Experience in installing and troubleshooting Zebra, Oracle Printers and scanner used in Manufacturing.
Experience of working in GxP and validated environment.Vendor support and co-ordination experience.
Extensive knowledge of IT hardware and software.
Knowledge & Experience with Windows 7, Windows 10, 11 and MS-Office applications suite.
Knowledge with Patching troubleshooting, Active directory, Antivirus tools etc. Must be proficient with imaging and creating images.
Experience in Windows 10,11 deployment.Should have experience participating or leading an OS migration.
Strong knowledge on network troubleshooting.
Experience in Transition of service from another supplier.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Experience in doing physical inventory, creating SOPs, work instruction and knowledge base articles.Strong customer-service orientation preferably working with scientists.
Understanding of ITIL processes and ServiceNow Tool .
