Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Outside Sales Representative with a strong background in sales and a passion for technical solutions. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of sales experience and a proven track record of success in the mining and industrial sectors. Specific experience with pump sales and/or bulk material handling weighing solutions is a plus. The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, building relationships with customers, and delivering technical solutions that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Must be based in or around Reno, NV; Winnemucca, NV; Elko, NV; Wells, NV; Salt Lake City, UT
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the mining and industrial sectors
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, including cold calling, networking, and relationship-building
  • Conduct site visits and assessments to understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions
  • Prepare detailed technical and commercial proposals, including product specifications, pricing, and delivery schedules
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering and product management, to deliver technical solutions
  • Provide technical support and training to customers on products and solutions
  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and industry trends

Requirements
  • 5+ years of sales experience, preferably with pump sales or bulk material handling/ weighing experience
  • Proven track record of success in the mining and industrial sectors
  • Technical knowledge of mining and industrial processes and related equipment
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Ability to travel
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (or similar technical qualification), business, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Preferred Qualifications
  • Some experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools
  • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including global engineering and product management
