Pecheles Automotive's Corporate Headquarters is currently seeking a Dealership Clerk to join our Business Office.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of automotive dealership experience (or similar setting) and the ability to work Monday thru Friday, 8:30AM to 5:30PM (with 1 hour lunch break) The Clerk is responsible for checking all documentation related to vehicle sales for accuracy and compliance, including all related funds. Must have excellent communication skills to address errors effectively and in a timely manner. Additionally, basic accounting skills are necessary. This individual will also be responsible for reception duties on a regular, recurring basis. We are looking for a friendly, kind and, energetic individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with strong multi-tasking and organizational skills. A commitment to attendance and punctuality is an essential function of this position.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Scans documents into digital format.
  • Oversees the processing of all dealership paperwork and submits on time.
  • Processes all payoffs and obtaining all dealer titles.
  • Reviews banking, finance, and DMV paperwork; Resolves errors and completes corresponding data entries.
  • Communicates with Title Team, Finance Managers, Sales Manages and Leadership to ensure all transactions are processed in a timely & accurate manner.
  • Maintain titles and MSO's for new and used inventory
  • Enter used vehicle purchases into inventory.
  • Answer telephones and greet customers.
  • Oversees outgoing mail.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Ability to provide quality customer service.
  • Willingness to take initiative.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to perform job responsibilities and meet deadlines.
