Senior Account Executive, SaaS Sales (Remote - US)

This role will operate remotely, and it is required that the candidate resides in the United States (excluding the Bay Area).

About the Role

As an Account Executive at Yelp, you will help lay the groundwork and foundation for the long?term success of the Yelp Restaurants division. Youll run the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and everything in between.

What You'll Do

  • Manage your own book of business through prospecting & disciplined pipeline management.
  • Drive the full sales cycle primarily through inside sales: make introductory calls, qualify prospects, and close the deal.
  • Become an expert in Yelps full suite of products: Reservations, Waitlist, Connect, Advertising, and understand the value proposition for each.
  • Be knowledgeable of other restaurant solutions in the market that help restaurant owners grow their business.
  • Adapt product recommendations quickly to suit client needs asking probing questions and handling objections.
  • Achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales goals.

What It Takes To Succeed
  • Hold a Bachelors degree or have 18 months or more of outbound sales experience.
  • Experience with restaurant technology (reservation systems, waitlist systems, front?of?house management tools) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and no fear of the phone.
  • General computer and email proficiency; experience with Salesforce is a plus.
  • Positive attitude and a drive to win.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time within a fast?paced environment.
