Client Service Associate (CSA) Remote & to $90K - Growing Wealth Management Firm

Were looking for a dependable and proactive Client Service Associate (CSA) to support a high-performing financial services firm with client service and internal process management. Must have 5+ years of RIA (Registered Investment Advisor) or Broker/Dealer experience as a Client Service Associate or in Operations experience to apply

You'll work behind the scenes to keep things running smoothlyhandling account openings, supporting day-to-day operations, and serving as a reliable point of contact for both clients and internal team members. Your responsibilities will include assisting with documentation and custodial forms, managing schedules, updating systems, tracking workflows, maintaining CRM accuracy, and ensuring timely follow-upsall while contributing to a seamless and professional client experience.
