Description of Work
The primary purpose of this position is to provide administrative support to the operational functions of the Psychosocial Treatment Department (PST). Job duties include providing technical assistance on the hospital "Mental Health TV" system, assisting with video and graphic design projects, tracking department expenditures, ordering supplies, providing administrative support for the PST Director and other PST department managers, and working collaboratively with other departments.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities/Management Preferences

Salary range $36,682.00 - $64,194.00

Recruitment range $36,682.00 - $48,000.00

  • Knowledge of Microsoft software
  • Ability to record, compile, and summarize basic analysis of narrative and numerical materials
  • Knowledge of video technology including uploading and downloading content
  • Ability to take meeting minutes efficiently
  • Ability to use correct grammar, vocabulary, spelling, and office terminology to compose and/or proof-read correspondence, reports, and materials.
The normal work hours for this position are 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday - Friday however flexibility is required to meet hospital needs. This is a full-time position and eligible for the full State benefits package including health insurance and retirement.

This position is designated as Mandatory and must report or stay over during adverse weather as needed.
