What starts with YOU, moves the world! Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc, a world-class manufacturer of industrial lift trucks, has an outstanding opportunity for an exceptional and talented Robotics Network Engineer based at our Greenville, NC location.

What You Will Do
  • Configure, commission, and deploy Atlas and Relay robots, including mapping, route creation, and network setup.
  • Perform on-site diagnostics and troubleshooting to ensure successful robot integration.
  • Train dealer technicians on deployment and maintenance best practices.
  • Scan, test, and analyze customer networks and Wi-Fi to verify compliance with Atlas/Relay standards.
  • Consult with customers to resolve network gaps and coordinate readiness before shipments.
  • Partner with engineering to document issues, gather logs, and apply solutions.
  • Create and maintain clear network documentation, including specifications, drawings, and test reports.
  • Identify and implement improvements to network commissioning strategies and processes.

  • A problem-solver with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • An excellent communicator who can explain technical details clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Adaptable and resourceful, able to thrive in customer-facing environments.
  • Detail-oriented, with a focus on quality and consistency in processes.
What You Will Need
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Network Engineering, Computer Networking, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a closely related field
  • 5 years of professional experience, including 1-5 years of industry-specific experience
Skills, Experience & Abilities
  • Advanced knowledge of networks, Wi-Fi, and cloud systems.
  • Hands-on experience with network diagnostics and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with system commissioning, documentation, and process design.
  • Strong computer and IT systems expertise.
