Senior Discipline Engineers will be part of a multi-discipline technical team of dedicated engineers and scientists responsible for the application of GEH new plant technology (e.g. BWRX-300 Standard Plant) to each prospective customer site, including comprehensive engineering input to the development of new plant proposals, early works agreements and new product offerings. In this position, the Geotechnical Discipline Engineer will be responsible for determining how standard plant design will meet application specific requirements, codes, and standards while incorporating new product modifications. Leveraging your subject matter expertise in the geotechnical engineering discipline, you will focus on providing technical coordination for all geotechnical activities related to new site development and section, which includes developing all geotechnical information required for seismic and non-seismic analysis, develop/approve geophysical plans, borehole log plan, etc. The result of the Senior Discipline Engineer's design planning is a comprehensive engineering solution that can be efficiently executed by design teams.
When necessary, you will support the development of detailed statements of work for current and subsequent project phases, proposal technical write-ups, engineering estimates, schedule development and risk assessments in support of site selection, site permitting, and construction/operation licensing milestones. In addition, you will be responsible for on-time and on-budget delivery of early works projects and new product developments, while partnering with internal and external technical teams supporting proposal and/or early works projects.

The base pay range for this position is $128 - 245k. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for bonuses, such as a performance bonus/variable incentive compensation/equity. This position is expected to close on 10/3/2025.
The company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120%, or 130% of salary in certain areas.
