The Business Office Manager is an essential part of the leadership team and success of the community. The BOM is responsible for maintaining all business operations of the community, including administration, accounting, and administrative human resources duties. This integral role is also responsible for fostering an environment of respect, inclusion and open communication with team members, residents, and family members.
