Description of Work
This position serves as a member of a team with shared work responsibilities including, reception duties, office equipment operations, overseeing/reporting building issues, scheduling state vehicle usage/repairs, and providing clerical support to direct service staff. The majority of this position is responsible for the operation of the medical records room to include creating and maintaining client medical records, & following applicable agency, state and federal laws and guidelines including HIPAA and FERPA This position is also responsible for date entry of client information in computer databases, responding to request for client information from other agencies and archiving records according to agency and state guidelines.

This is a temporary position and there are no leave or retirement benefits offered with this position. Job Order Hourly Rate of Pay: $18.00 (Based on education and/or years of relevant work experience reflected on the application).

Minimum Education and Experience

High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) diploma and two years of related administrative experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
