Job Summary: We are seeking a Facility Management Specialist to support the reliability, safety, and performance of a fast-growing network of EV charging sites. You will own day-to-day facilities, operations data, documentation, and workflows; synthesize complex technical and operational information into actionable insights; and coordinate cross-functionally to drive uptime, quality, and continuous improvement by focusing on a mission that carries the best customer experience through our diverse onsite facilities. Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve all facilities support/break-fix issues within the defined SLA timelines.
- Collaborate with vendors to resolve issues and proactively maintain functional facilities.
- Assist with ingestion, organization, and tracking of lease agreements and related documents.
- Aid in the setup, management, and billing of utilities for new and existing properties.
- Provide assistance with preparing, filing, and tracking business license applications and renewals to ensure all properties meet required compliance standards.
- Maintain accurate and organized operational records within internal systems.
- Identify opportunities to streamline operational workflows and suggest improvements.
- Work closely with site operations, deployment, finance, and legal teams to gather necessary information, resolve questions, and support smooth operational workflows.
- Monitor and drive Deployment to Site Operations handoffs by logging and tracking activity in CRM and ticketing systems.
- Oversee building systems, evaluate space use, monitor maintenance schedules, and manage vendor relationships to ensure functionality and safety.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors or masters degree in Finance, Legal, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; experienced in building dashboards and presentations.
- Highly detail-oriented with a passion for documentation, standardization, follow-through, and process excellence.
- Demonstrates a winning attitude with a keen sense of ownership; initiative-taker who is proactive, accountable, and resourceful.
- Demonstrable experience supporting mission-critical facilities, such as utilities, telecom, data centers, or charging networks.
- Effective communicator and collaborator with a service-oriented approach; effective in communication across phone, email, and CRM/ticketing tools.
- Possesses strong analytical skills, able to synthesize complex information and communicate it clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in startup or fast-paced environments is a plus.
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus; familiarity with CMMS/CAFM, ticketing systems, or portfolio management tools is beneficial.
