The Hospitality Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of service and food quality, and managing the staff to achieve business goals.
Supervise and manage all aspects of the restaurants operations including food and beverage service, kitchen operations, and customer service.
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and control costs.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety and sanitation standards.
Recruit, train, and supervise staff, providing ongoing coaching and performance feedback.
Proven experience as a Hospitality Manager or similar role in the restaurant industry.
