ISSJ III Intelligence Standards and Training (IST) Specialists

Position Available Upon Contract Award

Primary Location: Ft Liberty, NC

Clearance Requirement: Active Top-Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility

BTS Software Solutions is seeking Intelligence Standards and Training Specialists to plan, create, maintain, and conduct Intelligence training and development for individuals and small groups with diverse skill sets, capabilities, and backgrounds (All-Source, SIGINT, GEOINT, HUMINT, etc.). Responsibilities include developing, evolving, and maintaining internal and external Intelligence programs covering analytic tools, methodologies, and collaboration efforts to identify and facilitate training for intelligence professionals. The instructors shall collect, analyze, and maintain training data to identify trends for program development and assessment, including supporting military special operations personnel training.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of four (4) years of Intelligence experience.
• Previous instructor certifications (SWICS, SOIC, ABIC, ITC, TD&E, or equivalent DoD or non-DoD).
• Strong communication skills for clear and concise delivery.
• Proficiency in intelligence automation tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Prior SOF experience or substantial knowledge of special operations (highly desirable).
• Experience as cadre for a Special Operations Assessment and Selection Program (desirable).
