Head of Affiliate Marketing (Remote)

Compensation

Competitive salary range of USD $100k - $130k per annum based on experience and qualifications, with opportunity for up to 30% additional target?based performance bonus, making your expected total compensation USD $165K+ per annum.

Responsibilities

• Drive the partnership strategy and work directly with our Director of Marketing to execute and refine the affiliate vision.


• Act with radical freedom: manage budgets, negotiate groundbreaking deals, and scale winning partners without layers of approval.


• Become the kingmaker: lead the partnership ecosystem and drive Puffys multi?million dollar revenue stream.


• Own growth metrics: target new partners, secure top placements, and deliver measurable ROI.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building dominant affiliate programs in the hyper?competitive North American D2C mattress industry.


• Master negotiator who uses data to architect strategies that exceed ROAS goals.


• Strong relationship builder: build unbreakable relationships with the most powerful organic publishers and performance partners.


• Experience with AI?native tools and an autonomous, results?driven mindset.

• Target: Launch one new affiliate partner generating $100K in first?click revenue within 90 days.


• ROI Requirements: 30?day payback, 300% ROAS minimum, 5X ROI within 6 months.

• Target: Secure a Top 10 placement for Puffy in a Tier?1 "Best Mattresses" guide.


• Tier?1 Publishers: Sleep Foundation, Forbes, Good Housekeeping, Wirecutter/NYT, Sleepopolis.


• Timeline: Month 1 secure review commitment from 3+ publishers; Month 2 complete testing with 2+ publishers; Month 3 achieve published Top 10 placement.


• Success Metrics: $50K+ monthly revenue from placement; 30?day breakeven with performance guarantees; 200% ROI minimum (including all costs ? commission + upfront).
