We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Superintendent to oversee and lead maintenance operations for our client's manufacturing facility. This role is crucial for ensuring the seamless operation and reliability of production equipment and systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all maintenance activities, ensuring minimal production downtime.
• Lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing mentorship, scheduling, and performance management.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to extend equipment lifespan and optimize performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and technical issues across manufacturing equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to support production goals and capital projects.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inventory, and equipment history.

Job Requirements

Experience: Prior leadership experience in maintenance within a manufacturing environment is required.

Skills: Strong technical skills in mechanical, electrical, and/or automation systems.

Education: A 4-year degree is not required but will be considered a plus.

Traits: Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure, and effective communication skills.

Preferred Experience:

• Exposure to any manufacturing sector (e.g., automotive, food production, chemicals, etc.).
• Familiarity with CMMS software for maintenance tracking and reporting.
