Responsibilities

  • Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office
  • Expense reporting, calendar management, travel arrangements
  • Prepare subcontracts, purchase orders, change orders
  • Compliance management
  • Excellent customer skills; answering incoming calls; coordinate with vendors and customers
  • Filing/organizing job charts
  • Preparing letters and general documents
  • Assist with business development and marketing
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail, drop packages off as required
  • Oversee general upkeep and cleanliness of the office environment
  • Keep track of office supplies
