What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  • Develop, implement, and evaluate all aspects of assigned programs, including planning, scheduling, resource management, and risk assessment
  • Collaborate with business units and senior executives to align projects with strategic objectives and organizational planning
  • Manage relationships with vendors and stakeholders to ensure program success, including vendor selection and issue resolution
  • Communicate key performance indicators and program metrics to senior management and relevant parties
  • Ensure quality and compliance across all projects, implementing corrective actions when necessary

What is Required (Qualifications):

  • Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in Project Management or Program Management, or High School Diploma/GED with 12 years of relevant experience
  • PMP certification preferred; PgMP certification preferred
  • Proven experience managing complex technical projects in a large bank environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  • Experience managing projects supporting Treasury Management or Capital Markets
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, M&A Accelerator, or Clarity
  • Direct experience in managing systems integration programs
  • Strong interpersonal skills and business acumen
  • Self-motivated with proven leadership abilities
