Job Vacancy Details The Continuing Education Registration & Records Director oversees all aspects of the student registration process, recordkeeping, and reporting to ensure accuracy, compliance, and exceptional customer service. This position supervises support staff, manages the use of Ellucian Colleague for course and enrollment functions, prepares institutional and state reports, and ensures adherence to FERPA and college policies. The Director plays a key role in improving workflows, supporting staff training, and fostering a professional, student-focused environment that advances the mission of Continuing Education.
