The Control System Software Engineering Manager leads a team responsible for developing software and configuration files for programmable components such as protective relays, generator controllers, PLCs, HMIs, data concentrators, and network switches. These components form the control systems of microgrids and are integrated into generators, switchboards, switchgear, control cabinets, inverters, and more.
This role focuses on team development, project execution, and cross-functional collaboration to support strategic priorities and ensure the success of the department's mission.
