Job Details

The primary purpose of the Associate Director of Ticket Services is to assist with the day to day operations of the Athletics Ticket Office. The Associate Director oversees the financial management of the ticket office, has supervision over student employees, and leads the ticket operations for the selected sports of baseball, softball and womens basketball. The Associate Director also oversees the complimentary ticket request program and auditing functions of the ticket office. The ability to work nights and weekends is required in the performance of these duties. The Associate Director will build quality relationships and work collaboratively and professionally with Pirate Club, athletics, and University staff, students, business vendors and all donors and stakeholders.
