Description:

In this role, you will

  • Lead rotating equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Manage the vibration program: train technicians, analyze data, provide balance corrections, and support the rotating equipment team
  • Oversee the lubrication program: develop vendor goals and track continuous improvement
  • Provide engineering support for preventive maintenance and repairs on critical plant equipment, fixed assets, and rotating machinery
  • Lead and guide mechanical maintenance resources, processes, and budgets
  • Ensure proper execution and documentation of PM and repair activities
  • Conduct safety and quality audits of maintenance work
  • Interface with OEMs, specialists, and third-party consultants
  • Develop job plans, repair reports, BOMs, and upgrade recommendations
  • Analyze failed equipment, determine root causes, and recommend solutions

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering required
  • 10-15 years of industrial maintenance/reliability experience in chemical, minerals, refining, pulp & paper, or other PSM-regulated industries
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with vibration analysis and lubrication programs
  • Preferred: Professional Engineer (PE) certification and project management experience
  • Strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and ability to lead maintenance initiatives
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship
