Job Summary:
In our “always on” world, meaningful work matters. We're seeking a sales-savvy Customer Success Manager to partner with Field Sales and our channel ecosystem (distributors, installers, integrators, consultants) to grow CommScope's Broadband business. You'll run quotes and project pricing in Microsoft Dynamics, coordinate orders and logistics via SAP, and deliver an excellent customer experience from onboarding through renewal and expansion. This role is based in Catawba, North Carolina, United States — Onsite, 5 days/week.
Our salary ranges consider various factors, including but not limited to benchmarking by independent third-party consultants, skills, years of experience, training, education, geography, and other business needs. Depending on experience, the range can be higher for candidates with outstanding experience and a demonstrated history of successful performance.
