Project Controls Lead Telecom

A leading national telecom program is seeking a Project Controls Lead to help drive schedule, cost, and compliance efforts across high-volume wireless infrastructure projects. This is a fully remote position supporting a long-term client program with career growth potential and real influence. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of AT&T Turf experience, deep familiarity with telecom compliance systems, and the ability to manage fast-paced deliverables with precision.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee cost and schedule control across multiple wireless projects
• Ensure financial integrity through accurate tracking, forecasting, and reporting
• Lead internal and client-facing project control presentations
• Manage and review project deliverables (HSE, RFSAP, HVE, closeout, etc.)
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely NTP / On-Air success
• Support training and leadership of junior project controls staff
• Review subcontractor estimates, schedules, and compliance documentation

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of AT&T Turf project experience
• Strong working knowledge of iComply, USH, RFSAP, IWM, and similar systems
• Experience with AT&T-specific deliverables, workflows, and compliance checkpoints
• History of working in high-volume, fast-paced telecom environments
• Clear, confident communication with stakeholders at all levels
• Strong understanding of cost control, schedule analysis, and project closeout

Position Details:

• Location: 100% Remote (U.S.-based)
• Schedule: MondayFriday | Flexible start time (as early as 6:30 AM if preferred)
• Travel: None
• Type: Full-Time | Long-Term | Contract-to-Hire or Direct Hire option potential
• Pay: ~ $90,000$100,000/year (W2) | Hourly equivalent: $43.27$48.08/hr
• Work Authorization: U.S. citizens or Green Card holders only
• Interview: 1-round video interview (MS Teams)
• Drug Screen: 10-panel (No exceptions for marijuana)
• Background Check: 7 years
