What Youll Do

As an Associate Media Director specializing in Video Investment, youll lead the development and execution of strategic video media plans for key clients. Youll stay ahead of trends in the video landscape, collaborate across teams to drive campaign execution, and contribute to building agency wide video expertise. You will create and nurture key media partner relationships with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the day to day activities of video media planning and buying across linear TV, streaming, addressable TV, and emerging video platforms, ensuring alignment with client objectives
• Stay current with industry trends and new video formats, maintaining relationships with media vendors and partners
• Analyze campaign data and performance metrics to optimize video strategies and deliver actionable insights
• Collaborate with internal trade desk and Search teams to ensure smooth execution and integration of video campaigns
• Manage the development and documentation of operational processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy in media investment
• Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and encouraging professional growth
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams, presenting video strategies and results clearly and confidently

Qualifications

• Experience: 7+ years in video media planning and buying, preferably within an agency or media company
• Expertise: Advanced understanding of the video ecosystem including traditional and digital platforms
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data and translate insights into strategic recommendations
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication, collaborative and client facing
• Leadership Potential: Demonstrated ability to coach and support junior team members
• Flexibility: Ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast paced environment

Salary

Salary range: $100,000-$120,000 annually. The final offer will depend on budget, experience and qualifications.
