Position Summary

The Central Services Technician participates in collection, decontamination, cleaning, assembling, packaging, wrapping, scanning, sterilizing, storage and distribution of reusable equipment and supplies. Works collaboratively with all departments to ensure efficient, safe and effective equipment and supply reprocessing. Models excellence in customer service, ensuring the highest standards for both internal and external customers.

Minimum Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two years of Central Services Technician experience required.
  • Certified through International Association of Healthcare Central Service Material Management (IAHCSMM) as: Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) is preferred
