Overview

We are seeking a skilled Reliability Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and managing reliability risks that could adversely affect products and operations in a pharmaceutical plant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in reliability engineering or a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills to assess potential risks and troubleshoot issues.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of reliability testing methods and tools.
• Certification in Reliability Engineering is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement reliability plans and programs to ensure the quality and performance of our products.
• Analyze data to identify potential reliability issues and work with teams to address them.
• Conduct reliability testing and root cause analysis to improve product performance.
• Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to optimize product reliability.
• Monitor product performance in the field and recommend improvements to enhance reliability.
• Stay current on industry best practices and technologies related to reliability engineering.
