Industrial Cleaner - Plant Hero Needed!

What You'll Be Doing:

As an Industrial Cleaner, you're not just cleaning - you're maintaining the heart of a high-powered automotive operation! Your mission (and yes, you will choose to accept it):

• Clean the Paint Booths and surrounding areas using industrial-strength cleaners and your mighty attention to detail.
• Wipe out paint overspray from windows, stairs, ceilings, and floors with approved tools and techniques.
• Assist with project cleaning - including lifting heavy-duty metal flooring grates (flex those muscles ).
• Operate cool machinery like pressure washers and hydraulic scrapers (we'll train you!).
• Jump in to replace filters and handle tight, confined spaces when needed.
• Report equipment issues or maintenance problems like a pro.
• May lock/unlock doors, and you'll attend training sessions to keep your skills razor-sharp.

What We're Looking For:

You don't need to be a superhero, but it helps if you have:

• A high attention to detail - you notice everything.
• Willingness to work in hot, messy environments (don't worry - we provide all the proper safety gear).
• Comfort with climbing ladders and squeezing into tight spots (like a cleaning ninja).
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions - daily/weekly training is provided.
• A great attendance record and on-time attitude - reliability is key!

Must-Haves:

• Completion of safety training (Ladder Safety, Confined Space, Lock Out/Tag Out - don't worry, we train you).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Willingness to stoop, crawl, kneel, and stretch - this is a hands-on job!
• Good eyesight and the ability to focus closely (you'll be spotting grime like a detective).

Work Environment:

• You might be around loud noises or messy materials - nothing scary, just part of the gig.
• Occasionally, you'll work in areas that require extra safety awareness (we take care of the training and gear).
• You'll be part of a fast-paced, supportive, and safety-first team.
