This role oversees on-premise and virtual server environments, cloud-based services in AWS and Azure, enterprise applications, web platforms, and backup/disaster recovery solutions. The Assistant Director plays a critical role in ensuring system reliability, security, and compliance with industry standards, while collaborating with other IT teams to deliver seamless, secure, and efficient technology services across the institution.
