Coffee Stand General Manager

The Coffee Stand General Manager takes full ownership of the site's growth, profitability, and the preservation of 7 Brew's culture and values. As a leader, you will foster genuine connections with your team and understand the unique dynamics of your coffee stand.

In addition to your scheduled shifts, you will coach, train, perform administrative duties, and oversee operations. The General Manager reports directly to the District Manager.

Responsibilities And Duties
  • Become proficient in all Brewista and Shift Lead duties and skills
  • Ensure excellent wait times, cleanliness, and customer interactions by training, coaching, and motivating staff
  • Provide regular feedback to each team member on their strengths and areas for growth
  • Develop and manage a weekly shift schedule based on crew availability while ensuring budgeted labor costs and quick service
  • Track and order necessary inventory and equipment, maintaining low costs through waste reduction
  • Manage cash handling, deposits, and change for your location
  • Work autonomously while seeking assistance from the district coach when necessary
  • Ensure the crew complies with all health and safety standards
  • Continuously cultivate new leaders for future roles
  • Promptly implement and communicate directives from upper management
  • Delegating tasks effectively to enhance efficiency and support staff development
  • Responsible for the hiring, termination, and disciplinary actions related to shift leads and baristas
Skills And Qualifications
  • Exceptional ability to engage with customers in positive interactions for up to two minutes
  • Skilled in handling hot water, coffee, glass bottles, and dairy products safely
  • Ability to work outside for extended periods, regardless of weather conditions
  • Capable of lifting up to 50lbs
  • Comfortable standing for hours at a time
  • Able to use ladders and climb when necessary
  • Flexible in standing, sitting, bending, kneeling, twisting, and squatting while cleaning and stocking
  • Safe navigation around drive-thru cars
  • Ability to work in any position during peak hours swiftly and cleanly
  • Awareness of operations while maintaining an active role
  • Able to address operational or cultural issues with coworkers assertively yet graciously
  • Effective problem-solving skills during stressful situations
  • Strong project and deadline management abilities
  • Proficiency in leading diverse personalities under pressure
  • Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced environment with a team of 40+
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and email communication
  • Must pass a criminal background check
  • Possess and maintain a valid driver's license
