- Lead the candidate assessment process using Huron's interview framework to ensure unbiased hiring decisions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including recruitment for senior executive roles
- Experience in healthcare industry recruiting
- Proven ability to deliver recruitment solutions in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office, ATS systems, LinkedIn, internet research, and social media sourcing
