Technical Advisor

GREE Ductless Equipment (Tradewinds Climate Systems) seeks a Technical Advisor to provide customers with industry-best technical support on Ductless systems. We're growing very fast and the ideal candidate will be a critical part to our future success in the Ductless market!

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support via telephone and email to assist in solving technical problems associated with the installation, operation, maintenance, service, and repair of Ductless products and systems.
• Maintain customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, advising corrective action, and communicating with customers and co-workers.
• Capture, enters, and manages information data in computer in a timely manner.
• Provide in-field Technical Support training of other TSA's, branch staff and TM's once fully trained on our product
