Job Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary executive contact for major decisions impacting customer relationships, growth, delivery, and financial health of accounts, developing and executing strategic plans with stakeholders to meet targets.
- Build and nurture executive relationships with key decision-makers, identifying opportunities for growth and value creation.
- Lead the development and execution of strategic account plans, aligning with company vision and values.
- Achieve objectives by leading a matrix team including sales, delivery, therapeutic areas, proposals, contracts, finance, quality, and delivery.
- Be accountable for exceeding quarterly and annual targets such as revenue, profit, KPIs, customer satisfaction, and loyalty.
- Oversee account governance, including forums and regular updates on company initiatives, solutions, and industry insights.
- Collaborate with support staff and delivery teams to develop operational manuals and best practices.
- Provide regular updates to clients on performance metrics, quality, and satisfaction.
- Map customer ecosystems and guide stakeholders through decision processes, understanding their culture and work processes.
- Coordinate across functions and experts to meet customer needs and leverage commercial opportunities.
- Drive growth through innovation, challenging norms, and creating new solutions.
- Resolve complex business issues impacting client strategy, partnership, or reputation, balancing client and company interests.
- Monitor market trends and competitors, building relationships with industry influencers and key opinion leaders.
- Evaluate account opportunities and allocate time effectively to maximize value.
- Proactively identify customer needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Implement change initiatives to foster a customer-centric organization and achieve client goals.
