Associate General Dentist (working with Kids and Teens)

Kids Dental Brands operates pediatric clinics across Arizona, Texas, Mississippi, Missouri, and North Carolina. We are dentist-owned and operated and create stress-free environments for young patients with open-concept treatment spaces and engaging waiting areas. We specialize in pediatric dentistry for children aged 6 months to 20 years, conducting comprehensive examinations, diagnoses, and treatment consultations. Our program includes a state-of-the-art company simulation lab for hands-on training, mentoring from licensed pediatric dentists, and a supportive team of managing and owner dentists to help you grow professionally and personally.

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatment consultations for children aged 6 months to 20 years.
• Deliver high-quality, age-appropriate dental care in a child-friendly environment that prioritizes the health, comfort, and education of families.
• Participate in hands-on training in our simulation lab and benefit from mentorship by licensed pediatric dentists and senior staff.
• Collaborate with managing and owner dentists to uphold the mission and culture of Kids Dental Brands.
• Engage in career development opportunities and leadership pathways that support long-term growth, including potential practice ownership.

Qualifications

• General Dentists with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience or recent graduates eager to advance in their profession.
