Job Details

Seeking an experienced Senior Process & Equipment Engineer to lead process optimization, equipment improvements, and technology implementation within our manufacturing operations. This role is ideal for a technical leader with 7-18 years of engineering experience in fibers, polymers, composites, or plastics extrusion. The Senior Engineer will play a critical role in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives, while also driving the successful implementation of new processes and products.

MUST HAVES | Only Apply If You Meet The Below Must Haves:

• BS Engineering degree with 7+ years experience as Process Engineer in process industries including chemicals, fibers, or related
• Process Engineers working in production manufacturing plants
• Focus on Process and Equipment - optimization, upgrades, heat & material balances | calculations, RCA, troubleshooting, leading cross-disciplined teams
• Implement new processes and products on site
• U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder
