Job Details

This position serves in a business support role for patients, dentists, dental students, and other staff at the ECU School of Dental Medicine to optimize practice policies and procedures. These functions require 100% of the employees time and effort. This position, located in Ross Hall, is the primary clinical facility of the ECU School of Dental Medicine. It is involved in the following functions: registration of patients, patient scheduling, cashiering, outpatient charge entry, telephone operations, setting clinic templates, retrieving insurance breakdowns, and other duties as assigned. DENTAL MEDICINE SUPPORT POSITION NOT SUBJECT TO STATE HUMAN RESOURCES ACT.
