Utilize current curriculum / instructor guides to confidently present technical training which may include standard, repeatable modules, as well as customized and new product modules. Work with new employees throughout the assembly process in providing the necessary coaching to help become successful. Provide assistance and support to all divisions in helping determine their training needs and develop and conduct their training programs. Facilitate multiple classes related to the Onboarding process. Conduct certification training sessions, product demonstrations, and develop criteria for evaluating effectiveness of training activities. Administers tests. Develop lesson plans and training materials, designs product demonstrations, develops course content, determines methodology, and coordinates the development of training aids. Continuously revise lesson plans to ensure course material reflect product features, meet new training requirements and to keep technical information up to date....Technical, Instructor, Training, Healthcare, Technology, Experience
