Our client recently completed their go-live on SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud (RISE) and is now in the process of building a dedicated internal SAP team. This team will be responsible for optimizing and enhancing the existing SAP landscape by collaborating closely with business stakeholders to gather and understand requirements, ensuring the solution continues to evolve in alignment with organizational goals.

Additionally, the team will play a key role in supporting the upcoming implementation of SAP Digital Manufacturing.

The SAP QM IS Business Partner will bring strong functional and configuration expertise in SAP Quality Management (QM), along with a solid understanding of integration points with other SAP modules. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and deliver scalable, effective SAP solutions.

Type: Permanent

Location: Hybrid – Onsite every other week (facility is located 1 hour outside of Charlotte, NC), with occasional onsite visits during a third week or once per month as needed.

Work Days: Full Time (Monday-Friday)

Work Hours: 40 Hours per week minimum

Start Date: ASAP – Interview and Start

Responsibilities Include:

• Leverage managed services providers and lead implementation to build and deliver best practices for SAP QM
• Partner with and liaise between business stakeholders and technical teams to bridge functional and technical gaps
• Identify key areas for improvement and drive strategic solutions in SAP Cloud that optimize and follow best practices for FDA regulated industries.

Must have skills:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience with SAP QMintegration to 3rd party systems
• At least 1 FLC project in SAP S/4 Hana Cloud (On-premise or Cloud RISE)
• Proficient in SAP S/4 HANA and Fiori – (They do not use GUI)
• Must have Pharma or similar industry experience
• Mustunderstand FDA-regulated environments
• Experience leading AMS/Offshore resources
• Self-Starter that needs minimal direction
• Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms and motivate others to adopt new processes
• Skilled in identifying and implementing process improvements and training others on best practices
• Experienced working on smaller teams

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree is a must – preferably inBusiness, ITor Computer Science(or equivalent)
