Position Title: People & Talent Partner – Human Resources & Recruitment

Location: Greenville NC

Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $75,000 – $95,000 annually (commensurate with experience)

Role Summary
We are looking for a well-rounded HR professional who can manage a wide spectrum of human resources activities with a strong emphasis on sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent. This individual will be responsible for supporting the complete employee journey—from talent acquisition and onboarding to employee engagement, compliance, and professional growth initiatives. The ideal candidate blends strategic thinking with practical, hands-on HR and recruitment execution.

Primary Areas of Accountability

• Manage end-to-end hiring, from posting roles to final offer.
• Support onboarding and ensure a smooth start for new hires.
• Advise leaders on HR matters and compliance with labor laws.
• Maintain employee records and HR systems.
• Lead employee engagement initiatives and resolve workplace concerns.
• Coordinate benefits programs and annual enrollment.
• Identify training needs and support career development.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline preferred; advanced degree or HR certifications (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years in progressive HR roles with a strong recruitment focus.
• Familiarity with HR technology systems and proficiency in MS Office tools.
• Solid understanding of labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build trust across all levels of the business.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a high-energy environment.

Compensation:
$75,000-$95,000 per year
